- The delivery address must correspond with the billing address. This may differ in certain circumstances; however, we retain the right to request additional documentation if requested.

- Your form of identification will not be manually verified upon the patient's request if it is not verified using our AgeChecked software module. It is insufficient to pass official checks by submitting a supplementary form of identification.
- The largest quantity of opioid tablets, capsules, or liquid millilitres that may be purchased is established. It is our responsibility to comply with the prescription guidelines established by the British National Formulary (BNF), the Scottish Intercollegiate Guidelines Network (SIGN), and the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE).
- We reserve the right to retain an administration fee and refrain from sending any products if we suspect that you are ordering opiates using multiple names, email addresses, and residential addresses in close proximity. This type of behaviour constitutes fraudulent activity, and if deemed necessary, other authorities may be consulted for additional guidance and action.
- Regardless of whether you are purchasing a prescription-only opioid through our doctor service or a pharmacy medicine opioid, you are required to provide a comprehensive and exhaustive justification for your request. If this is not done, your order may be delayed or even cancelled. In order to make the most informed decision possible regarding your care, our prescribers and pharmacists must gather as much information as possible from you, the patient.
- Repeat orders for opioid-based products will not be authorised within a six-month timeframe. If you make multiple attempts to order opiates, you may be subject to a review by our pharmacist, and you may even be blacklisted.
- Both the online pharmacy service and the online doctor service are prohibited from selling opioid products in conjunction with products that contain promethazine.
- If we become aware that you are attempting to purchase opioids from multiple online or high-street retail sources, you will be blacklisted.
